Sales and Education Executive

Our Sales and Education Executive (SEE) or Manager of Retail Operations (MRO) manage and lead a cluster of retail counters for a brand(s). The responsibilities of this role lies in both the pursuit of sales and the continual education and development of retail employees. An SEE's/MRO's work life is on the road, travelling to and from various counters. If you enjoy coaching and education and prefer not to work behind a desk perhaps you should consider this role in your career path!

It is preferable that an SEE/MRO has a minimum of three years sales experience preferably gained in relation to prestige (luxury) products. A qualification or degree is desirable however not necessary.

Our Retail Consultants need to have a passion for customer service, sales and generally need to have previous experience working in retail to be successful securing a position with us, ideally with cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fashion retail or department store background.  Working on the retail floor can be hard work and requires dedication, however, it can also be highly rewarding presenting new challenges on a daily basis.

Working on one of our counters means that you are working as part of a team.  As a Retail Consultant it is essential to build and maintain collaborative relationships with your customers, fellow colleagues and wider team.

Our Creative Services Manager and Co-ordinator are imaginative, inspired and above all immensely creative.  The team partners with a brand or department to generate creations and designs to form magnificent artworks.  From a very simple brief the creative services team are capable of producing beautiful pieces of art work that well exceed expectations.

All visual displays on counter, in magazines or television are their conception.  The collateral material they create can include posters, brochures, tent cards, backer cards for tester units, visual displays, and invitations.  This collateral can be used for Public Relations Events, new product launches, conferences and training sessions.

Our HR team members join Estee Lauder Companies with a Business or Human Resources degree and will usually have previous Human Resources experience.
